Privacy notice

Highbrow Group is an independent research initiative operated by Maduabuchi Ndukwe. This notice explains the information used by the CMMS-BS research beta.
Information and purpose
Sign-in is handled by the hosting platform. Highbrow receives the signed-in identity needed to control access. We do not collect your ChatGPT password. If you submit a beta inquiry, we store your name, organization, email, participation interest, mineral focus, message, acknowledgment of this notice, and submission and update times. We use these records to respond, arrange an evaluation, and manage the request. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Research profiles describe organizations using cited public sources. They are separate from the private inquiry queue. Do not submit passport details, financial-account credentials, health information, employee records, trade secrets, privileged material, or other confidential supplier information through this beta.
Access and service providers
The published website and research release are publicly viewable. The owner is the only research editor; private drafts and inquiry records are accessible only to the owner in the application. Sign-in is required to submit an inquiry. Hosting and authentication providers process information to operate the service under their own applicable terms. Visitors may retain downloaded research exports, subject to the research beta terms. Inquiry records are not included in public research exports.
Highbrow does not sell inquiry data or use it for advertising. The application contains no advertising trackers. Hosting providers may keep technical, authentication, and security logs. Third-party source links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
The owner reviews inactive inquiries for deletion after 180 days from the last substantive interaction, unless an ongoing engagement or a legal preservation requirement justifies retention. This is a manual review policy, not automatic deletion. Copies exported by the owner must also be reviewed. Hosting backup and security-log retention may differ.
For a privacy question, correction, or deletion request, use the beta form with “Privacy request” at the beginning of the message. Explain the request without sending identity documents. We may ask for proportionate verification. Applicable legal rights and response deadlines depend on your location and the processing involved.
Research controls
The beta is intended for adult professional users. There is no client-document upload service. Confidential engagements require a separate written scope, access arrangement, and retention agreement. Material changes to this notice will carry a new effective date.
